You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business entity to use the Services.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
   
• all activity occurring under your account,
   
• ensuring authorized use by your team members.

You retain ownership of:

• transcripts,
   
• uploaded materials,
   
• and generated reports (“Customer Content”).
   

By using the Services, you grant DebtCallReview.com a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content solely to provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal right to upload and analyze the recordings and transcripts,
   
• you have obtained any required consents under applicable recording and privacy laws,
   
• your use of the Services does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Services use automated processing, including artificial intelligence models, to analyze Customer Content.

• AI analysis is used only to provide the Services.
   
• Customer Content is not used to train public or general-purpose AI models.
   
• Outputs may contain limitations, errors, or omissions inherent to automated analysis.
   

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are advisory and evaluative, not definitive determinations.

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content,
   
• upload recordings without proper consent,
   
• attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Services,
   
• use the Services for surveillance, harassment, or unlawful monitoring,

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We will not disclose Customer Content except:

We strive to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• update, modify, or discontinue features,
   
• improve or change analysis logic,
   
• suspend the Services for maintenance or security reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations.

Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Nevada.
