    • call transcripts
       
    • call metadata you provide (e.g., rep name, date, campaign/source)
       
  • Administrative content you create in the platform (notes, tags, rules settings)
     

2.2 Information We Generate Through the Services

When you use the Services, we generate and store:

  • Call review reports and outputs
     
  • Compliance findings, scores, flags, coaching feedback, and summaries
     
  • System logs related to report generation (e.g., job status, timestamps)
     

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city/state-level)
     
  • Device and browser information
     
  • Usage data (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)
     
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
     
  • Process and analyze uploaded recordings/transcripts to generate reports
     
  • Authenticate users, administer accounts, and provide customer support
     
  • Monitor performance, prevent fraud, and secure the platform
     
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions (via third-party payment processors)
     
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
     

We do not sell personal information.

4. AI and Automated Processing

DebtCallReview.com uses automated processing, including artificial intelligence models, to analyze call recordings and transcripts for compliance and coaching purposes.

  • AI processing is used only to provide the Services.
     
  • Uploaded audio, transcripts, and reports are not used to train public AI models.
     
  • You control what content you upload; the analysis and outputs are made available to you through your account.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in these circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We use trusted vendors to help operate the Services (for example: hosting, storage, analytics, transcription, payment processing). These vendors may process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5.2 Legal and Security

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of DebtCallReview.com, our users, or others.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable law.

  • deletion of certain information.
     

8.2 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
     
  • Request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions)
     
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
     
  • Opt out of sale/sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information; and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA)
     
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we use sensitive personal information only as needed to provide the Services)
     

Notice at Collection (California):
We collect the categories of personal information described in Section 2 for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3.

Non-discrimination:
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a California privacy request, contact us at the email in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity and/or account authority.


8.3 GDPR-Style Rights (EEA/UK-like Requests)

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides similar rights, you may request:

  • restriction or objection to processing, and
     
  • data portability, where applicable.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between DebtCallReview.com (“Processor”) and the customer using the Services (“Customer” or “Controller”) and governs the processing of Personal Data in connection with the Services.

This DPA is intended to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and, where applicable, GDPR-style data protection principles.

1. Definitions

  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual processed under this DPA.
     
  • Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, analysis, and deletion.
     
  • Controller: The Customer that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
     
  • Processor: DebtCallReview.com, which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer.
     
  • Sub-processor: A third party engaged by the Processor to process Personal Data on its behalf.
     

2. Roles of the Parties

  • The Customer is the Controller of Personal Data contained in call recordings, transcripts, and related metadata uploaded to the Services.
     
  • DebtCallReview.com acts as a Processor, processing Personal Data solely to provide the Services as instructed by the Customer.
     

DebtCallReview.com does not determine the purpose of the Customer’s call recordings or the underlying communications.

3. Scope and Purpose of Processing

3.1 Subject Matter

Processing of call recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata uploaded by the Customer for analysis.

3.2 Purpose

To provide automated and structured call review services, including:

  • compliance analysis,
     
  • coaching feedback,
     
  • reporting, scoring, and audit outputs.
     

3.3 Duration

Processing continues for the duration of the Customer’s use of the Services, subject to retention and deletion provisions in this DPA and the Privacy Policy.

4. Categories of Data and Data Subjects

4.1 Categories of Personal Data

May include:

  • Names or identifiers spoken during calls
     
  • Voice recordings
     
  • Transcripts of calls
     
  • Account-related or financial discussion content
     
  • Metadata associated with calls (date, agent, campaign)
     

4.2 Categories of Data Subjects

  • Sales representatives
     
  • Prospective or existing customers of the Customer
     
  • Customer personnel using the Services
     

5. Processor Obligations

DebtCallReview.com agrees to:

  • Process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer
     
  • Use Personal Data solely to provide the Services
     
  • Ensure that persons authorized to process Personal Data are bound by confidentiality obligations
     
  • Implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures
     
  • Not sell Personal Data or use it for advertising or marketing purposes
     
  • Not use uploaded data to train public or general-purpose AI models
     

6. Sub-processors

6.1 Authorization

The Customer authorizes DebtCallReview.com to engage Sub-processors to provide the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, transcription, analytics, payment processing).

6.2 Obligations

DebtCallReview.com ensures that Sub-processors:

  • are bound by written agreements,
     
  • provide appropriate data protection and security measures,
     
  • process Personal Data only for authorized purposes.
     

A current list of Sub-processors may be made available upon request.

7. Data Security

DebtCallReview.com implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

8. Data Subject Requests

Where applicable law requires, DebtCallReview.com will:

  • assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests (access, deletion, correction),
     
  • notify the Customer if it receives a request directly (unless legally prohibited),
     
  • act only on Customer instructions regarding such requests.
     

9. Data Breach Notification

DebtCallReview.com will notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed Personal Data breach affecting Customer data and will provide reasonable information to assist the Customer in meeting any legal obligations.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal or contractual obligations.
     
  • Upon termination of the Services, the Customer may request deletion of Personal Data, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
     

11. International Data Transfers

Where applicable, Personal Data may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where DebtCallReview.com or its Sub-processors operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.

12. Audits and Compliance

Upon reasonable request, DebtCallReview.com will provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA, subject to confidentiality and security limitations.

13. Liability

This DPA does not expand or limit either party’s liability beyond what is set forth in the main agreement or Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the same law and jurisdiction specified in the main agreement or Terms of Service between the parties.

15. Order of Precedence

In the event of a conflict between this DPA and the main agreement:

  • this DPA governs with respect to data protection obligations.
